Tour Package Cost

6 Night Florence “To Be Continued” Tour

Cost per person, based on double occupancy…only $1,150.00!!!

Please Note:

• The Tour Package Cost does not include airline transportation to and from Florence, Italy. Please contact Live Out Loud Travel Services, LLC if you would like guidance or help with your airline reservations and we will be more than happy to assist you!
• This tour is limited to 40 participants and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. If the tour “sells out”, everyone signing up after the first 40 will be put on the waiting list.
• The tour package price is based on a minimum of 20 participants. If we are unable to meet the minimum of 20 people the price will go up.
• The tour package is based on double occupancy. There is an additional $225.00 supplement fee for single occupancy. In the event you have nobody to room with, we can try to pair you up with another tour participant. However, if we are unable to find someone it is your responsibility to pay the additional $225.00 supplement.

The Tour Does Not Include:

• Roundtrip airport transportation from home city
• Any items not outlined in the “Inclusions” page
• Any items of a personal nature (i.e. cocktails, off-site meals, souvenirs, etc.)

Tour Reservation & Payment

The tour package price is based on payment by personal or business check. Please add 4% to any payment made by credit card. The following is the booking and payment procedure:

1. Telephone or email Live Out Loud Travel Services letting us know that you want to join us, and your name will be put on the list.
2. Fill out the Reservation Form found on the website.
3. Deposit:  Please send in a deposit in the amount of $400.00 per person immediately after filling out the reservation form. Until this deposit is received we cannot guarantee any spots. You will be sent a confirmation once the deposit is received.
4. Book your airline reservations (see “Booking Your Flights to Italy”)
5. Send us your flight itinerary by email, fax, or snail mail.
6. Balance due in full by no later than August 1, 2010.  

How easy is that! In case you do not already know, Live Out Loud Travel Services, LLC is the “official” travel company, so all correspondence will show “Live Out Loud Travel Services, LLC”.
